Measure Q tax spending plan being formed

Manteca’s elected leaders on Tuesday will provide direction to municipal staff to create and implement a Measure Q sales tax implementation plan. Staff is presenting the City Council with three budget scenarios assuming annual receipts from the three-quarter cent sales tax of either $11 million, $12 million, or $13 million.
