LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The second-largest measles outbreak in the U.S. this year continues to expand, with 13 new cases confirmed this week. The outbreak in the Utah-Arizona border community of Colorado City, about 160 miles east of Las Vegas, is now up to 138 cases.
