CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — McKamey Animal Shelter is facing a crisis. The Animal Shelter currently has over 600 animals within its walls, which is far more than they can handle alone. McKamey is asking for volunteers, foster carers, and people to adopt if they’re able. Saturday at 1PM, McKamey will be hosting a ‘behind the scenes’ event to help bolster adoptions.
