FARGO — A dispute between DirecTV and KVRR is threatening to keep fans of the Minnesota Vikings — and normal people, too — in the dark. The Fargo-based television station has not been available to DirecTV customers since July 17 because of an impasse in negotations between the corporate owner of KVRR and the satellite television company.
