- The Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer contains 80 mg of caffeine, and participating restaurants will also offer standalone 8.4 oz cans of Red Bull for purchase while supplies last.
- McDonald's is also introducing an Orange Dream made with Fanta and a Vanilla Swirl option for Coke, Diet Coke, or Coke Zero.
- New Yorkers can find participating restaurants among approximately 574 locations in New York State by using the McDonald's app or ordering through DoorDash.
