Mayor Reynolds explains FLOST at Rotary

Bainbridge Mayor Edward Reynolds was welcomed at the Oct. 28 Rotary club meeting, where he was introduced by Decatur County Board of Commissioners Chairman Pete Stevens. Reynolds spoke about the Flexible Local Option Sales Tax (FLOST), which is on the ballot in Tuesday’s election.
