Mayor Brooke Huckaby spoke on the state of Arabi during the April 15 meeting of the Cordele Rotary Club. Huckaby was the youngest mayor in Georgia history and the youngest female mayor in United States history when she took office. She is currently 23 years old, and two years into a four-year term.
