"Unwise and irresponsible," said Mark Boumans in response to the serious accident on the A12 motorway near Babberich, just before the German border. The mayor of Doetinchem said he was "deeply shocked" by the news of the serious pile-up involving five vehicles. Three people, including a child, were injured in the collision.
