Mauritius is trying to revive its film industry. Previous efforts have been without great results, lack of qualified staff and strong promotion. This time, the authorities are launching an extensive training plan in collaboration with Sony. Masterclasses have already begun to train the multiple professions of cinema, from students to professionals. Objective: to create a pool of local talent capable of responding to international productions.
