In Guinea, a new decision was announced on Monday, 27 July, in the file of the massacre of 28 September 2009. The Dixinn criminal court acquitted Colonel Bienvenu Lamah, who was prosecuted in the second part of this historic trial. However, the prosecutor's office had taken ten years in prison against this gendarmerie officer.
