On January 27, 1997, three bodies were shot in the 21st room of the La Ria hostel in Vilaboa, in Pontevedra province. A witness, hiding in a closet during the shooting, was able to explain what had happened. Thus, it was known that at the crime scene there was a missing body that the killer had taken hours before hiding in his car.
