BOSTON – Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell’s office approved petitions for 40 proposed laws that meet the state constitution requirement to appear on the 2026 ballot. This approval does not mean that all these questions will appear on the ballot. Petitioners now have until Dec. 3, 2025, to gather 74,574 signatures.
