A Massachusetts man was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after stabbing a man on Halloween while wearing a ninja mask. Jonathan Galindo, 38, of Waltham, was found guilty of second degree murder for the 2020 killing Kevin Fitzgerald, 61. Galindo will be eligible for parole after 22 years. He has an additional 18 years sentence, to be served concurrently, from his armed burglary conviction.
After his comments on gender roles quickly generated criticism, including from Mexico’s president, soccer player Javier “Chicharito” Hernández went back to social media to respond.
