Martyr of the A10: the trial will not be displaced outside Blois

The Court of Cassation refused to displace the trial of the case of the little martyrdom of the A10, the facts of which date back to 1987. The Court of Appeal of Orléans requested this change of scenery in another jurisdiction, and emphasized the lack of resources of the Court of Assizes of the Loir-et-Cher.
