Marlins take second, Champs fourth at league swim meet

VERGENNES — The Middlebury Swim Team took second place at the Champlain Valley Swim League meet on July 24 and 25 in Vergennes. Six teams from the region competed those days. The 59 shire town athletes, who garnered 1,555 points, were behind only the Burlington Tennis Club’s 112 swimmers, who won handily with 2,490 points.
