The Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, has raised to the General Council of the Judiciary (CGPJ) the "most energetic complaint" against Judge Juan Carlos Peinado for the "serious questioning of the professionalism of the members of the State Security Forces and Corps" in his car about Begoña Gómez.
The Minister of the Interior considers that the judicial order unjustifiably questions the professionalism of the State Security Forces and Corps.
The magistrate warns in an order that the officers accompanying the president’s wife can “collaborate in actions to facilitate the escape”
Peinado has withdrawn his passport to Begoña Gómez because he fears that his escorts will facilitate his escape by "superior orders"
