Marin organizations plan Memorial Day events

Sgt. 1st Class Kevin Graves of the California State Guard will be the keynote speaker during Marin County’s annual Memorial Day observance in San Rafael. Graves, a Discovery Bay resident, is a chaplain assistant whose son Joseph, a U.S. Army soldier, died in Baghdad in 2006 during the Iraq War.
