The Municipality of Maribor has reached a court settlement with the Association of Maribor Sports Clubs (ZMŠD) Branik, under which it will become the 100% owner of real estate in the area of the Ljudski vrt sports park by purchasing the association's co-ownership share for 1.5 million euros. The City Council agreed to this at today's extraordinary session.
