Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of Granbury Lakeside Center, a 72,551-square-foot, fully leased shopping center in Granbury, Texas. Philip Levy, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office, represented the seller, a private seller, and procured the buyer, a private buyer, in the off-market transaction. The property is located at 1420 E. U.S. Highway 377. Built in 2019, the 72,551-square-foot shopping center is fully leased on triple-net terms to a mix of national and regional tenants, including HomeGoods, Ulta Beauty, Five Below, Cavender’s and Aaron’s. The property spans three adjacent parcels totaling 6.02 acres along Granbury’s primary retail corridor and is near Walmart Supercenter, The Home Depot and H-E-B. The buyer plans to continue operating the property as a stabilized retail investment.
