The US Secretary of State referred to the military operation on 3 January during a press conference in Bratislava, next to the Slovak Prime Minister who initially condemned the intervention.
"There is still a long way to go. There is a lot of work to be done, but I can tell you that Venezuela is much better today than it was six weeks ago," Rubio said during a press conference from Bratislava with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.
