After a summer break, the window of the renovation aid scheme will reopen on 30 September for global renovations. But with limited access conditions.
The scheme will receive a maximum of 13,000 new cases up to the end of the year, so that the government will try to stay on budget, while the ceiling for the overall renovation will be lowered.
The Ministry of Housing announced on Tuesday 22 July the reopening of the MaPrimeRenov' window for global renovations on 30 September. However, the authorities will only take over a limited number of new files. Furthermore, changes are planned on the rules for calculating the grant. - Limited number of files, adjustment of the ceilings... This will change for MaPrimeRenov' from 30 September (Accommodation and real estate).

The Ministry of Housing does not exclude a further suspension of the scheme if the quota of 13,000 files is exceeded before the end of the year.


After its suspension this summer, the MaPrimeRenov' application desk, for global energy renewal aids, will reopen at the end of September, but only for 13,000 new applications in 2025.
