Chris Tanev was stretchered off the ice on Saturday night after he was hit from behind by Flyers forward Matvei Michkov, and was kept in hospital in Philadelphia overnight for evaluation. The gritty defenceman is now back home in Toronto and doing fine, but has been placed on injured reserve.
