"We have visited Mustang village by village on foot and held interactions with the people to take an objective stock of the situation. We have understood people's problems and now we will honestly work to solve them as we have a plan to develop it as a model district," said Chairman Prachanda addressing a programme organized by Maoist Mustang district committee.
