On a daily basis, father-of-two Magnus Wall lives in an apartment in Gubbängen. But as soon as the summer holidays begin, the family moves out to a simple holiday home with an outdoor toilet in Södertälje. New statistics from Statistics Sweden show that over half of the holiday homes in the country are owned by residents of the same county – and that almost every eighth holiday home is owned by Stockholm residents.
