- On Thursday, Manulife announced executive leadership changes across Canada, Hong Kong, AI and Data, and Technology and Operations, with most appointments taking effect July 1, 2026.
- The restructuring follows the planned retirements of Chief Operations Officer Rahul Joshi and Global Chief Marketing Officer Karen Leggett, supporting the company's refreshed enterprise strategy launched in November 2025.
