[Opinion] Manuel García-Mansilla will consult his peers at the Court on whether he should continue as a judge or resign

The judge appointed by Milei in commission will make "a formal consultation" and behave "in institutional form", advanced judicial sources.

The judge of the court held that he had never assumed by decree. He called the decision of the House of Senators respectable.
