Manitoba Launches Committee to Support Local Journalism

The Manitoba government is forming an all-party committee to explore ways to sustain local journalism, with a focus on rural, northern, and cultural media.

With videos and podcasts, Simona Boscardin's project aims to mix up the Swiss media landscape. Currently, crowdfunding is running for CHF40,000 as seed capital. The goal: journalism, which reaches young people where they are – without losing content.
