New Transition Care Unit in Northern Winnipeg

"This new unit will provide an appropriate and high-quality level of care to seniors who have left the hospital and are awaiting admission to a personal care home," said Uzoma Asagwara, Minister of Health, Seniors and Long-Term Care. "The Minister announced the opening of the new service on June 25 and noted that the province had invested $1.9 million in the renovation of part of the Holy Family Home.
