Manhunt on for detainee who bolted out of Zambales prov'l jail

SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES –  A detainee has bolted out of the Zambales Provincial Jail, prompting an intensive manhunt, according to the Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO) on Wednesday.
