Manhunt for convicted child rapist who escaped from staff while on leave
Police Scotland said the restricted patient, convicted of raping a 10-year-old girl, was last seen in Perth city centre on Thursday.

- Described as 5ft 3in tall with a stocky build, Dobbie is bald with blue eyes and a distinctive squint. He has tiger-eye tattoos on his right arm and a blue and red Rangers tattoo on his left.
- Inspector Kris McCall urged the public not to approach Dobbie and asked anyone with information to contact Police Scotland via 999 or 101, citing incident number 20260806–1696.
- NHS Tayside is working with police to trace the patient, who speaks with a strong Glaswegian accent and has links to Glasgow and surrounding areas.
