The presidential candidate of the APB-Súmate alliance and current mayor of Cochabamba, Manfred Reyes Villa, closed this Wednesday his electoral campaign in the city with an on-going speech in which he promised to “never allow any more blockades” in the country, to promote a “deep economic transformation” and to imprison former president Evo Morales, whom he launched strong insults.
