On Wednesday, 07/16/25 at approximately 10:34 AM, a Trooper assigned to Troop H- Hartford was patrolling I-91 southbound near exit 24 in Rocky Hill. It was at this time that the Trooper observed a grey Toyota Corolla sedan traveling at a rate of speed higher than the flow of traffic in the right lane of four.
