A Monmouth County man has been accused of groping and grooming underage males while working as a manager at Saladworks and Wendy’s in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the Plumsted Township Police Department said. Richard Brooks, 33, of Freehold was identified as the abuser after police interviewed 10 juveniles who claim he acted inappropriately at work.
