Man with two knives arrested after grim atmosphere at fair

A 19-year-old man was caught on Thursday evening while walking around the funfair in Waalwijk with two knives. The police arrested the man from Kaatsheuvel. On Thursday, the police received several signals that the atmosphere at and around the funfair on Unnaplein was changing.
