Man who has been exposing himself in Ohio and West Virginia malls and retail stores has been identified

WHEELING, W.Va. (WTRF) — Law enforcement agencies working on the case of the man exposing himself to women have revealed the name of the suspect. They say he is 42-year-old Robert Edward Smith Jr. of Virginia. The warrant naming Smith is out of Granville, W. Va., one of the five places he allegedly exhibited himself in the tri-state area.
