Man who escaped ICE detention in power outage gets caught on Denver bus

- A power outage at the Aurora detention center caused Vido-Romero and Joel Gonzalez-Gonzalez to escape on March 18.
- ICE arrested Vido-Romero in February on suspicion of shoplifting and resisting arrest before the escape.
- Mohamed Bennani said the detention center lost power around 9:30 p.m. On March 18; ICE said, "Local authorities were notified immediately."
- Vido-Romero, suspected of ties to the Tren de Aragua gang, had a warrant for escape; Gonzalez-Gonzalez was found earlier in Adams County.
