COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) A man who evaded law enforcement for more than 18 years has been detained, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a Tuesday social media post. Dontay Cropp was arrested in Clarke County, Iowa, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office. He was charged with forcible rape and forcible sodomy in 2007, according to court filings.
