Man Taken to Hospital with 'Potentially Serious Injuries' After Stabbing
Police say the victim, a man in his 40s, suffered potentially serious injuries and the case is being treated as isolated.
On Friday, July 10, a man in his 40s was hospitalized with 'potentially serious injuries' following a stabbing on Clancey Way in Cradley shortly before 6 am.
Officers arrested two men, aged 50 and 37, on suspicion of attempted murder; both remain in police custody for questioning following the violence.
West Midlands Police believe those involved were 'known to each other' and are treating the stabbing as an 'isolated incident,' with emergency teams including a MERIT trauma doctor providing initial care.
Officers remain in the Cradley area today offering reassurance to residents and conducting further enquiries as the investigation progresses.
