Salina, N.Y. — A man was stabbed on the Fourth of July during a road rage incident in Salina near the Cooper Crouse Hinds factory, deputies said.Around 3:27 p.m., Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to 1201 Wolf St. for a stabbing, according to county 911 Center dispatches.
