DA’s report clears Craig police officer of wrongdoing in April shooting of resident

In May, police shot a man in Luthagen after he was threatening and carrying a knife. Earlier that week, he was taken into custody by police and taken to the psychiatric ward at the Academic Hospital. The man is now being charged with several crimes.
