In Izmir, 16-year-old Yiğit Can Bişkin was shot in the abdomen when a gun he was playing with at home accidentally fired. He died in the hospital where he was taken. Following the incident, police launched a large-scale investigation and arrested his friend, Ç.K., who was with him at the time. Ç.K. was subsequently remanded in custody by the court and sent to prison.
