A 40-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole Friday after being convicted of murder for the fatal shooting of a cab driver in Boston nearly six years ago.A jury convicted Phillip Foy of first-degree murder after five days of deliberations, Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden’s office said.
