A man has been arrested on allegations that he sent a child explicit messages and photos on the Discord messaging app. Stanley Ruiz, 40, of Jersey City, was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and the disorderly persons offense of lewdness, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
