Around 7:30 on Oct. 3, a man approached police while an officer was on patrol. The man said that, while crossing the bridge connecting Maybrook Courthouse to Concordia Cemetery, he heard a woman say she couldn’t take it anymore, then saw her climb the railing and jump into the Des Plaines River.
