Man proceeds directly to Dollar General to commit theft after his release from jail: South Euclid Police Blotter

A Dollar General manager reported Oct. 7 that a known shoplifter was in the process of stealing a package of earphones. The suspect had run from the store prior to the arrival of officers but after reviewing surveillance video, officers recognized him as a man, 21, who had been released from the city jail that afternoon. A warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
