MAN — Town leaders, state lawmakers and county officials gathered Friday on the opening day of the annual Man Street Fair to cut the ribbon on new pickleball and basketball courts at the Guyandotte Riverfront Park and to break ground on a long-planned splash pad, marking the completion of the first phase of a project more than two years in the making.
