- Evidence recovered included images, a price list, and messages from November 2021; boats and 'Parsun' engines moved from Turkey through Bulgaria to Germany for storage, then to northern France via a Netherlands-based haulage firm.
- Prosecutors said authorities seized $100,000 of Adem Savas's assets and imposed �600,000 in fines, while three co-defendants were sentenced in absentia and arrest warrants were issued.
- The NCA says Savas was a top global high-value target whose boats featured in around half of Channel crossings in 2023, with his arrest coordinated by Europol Operational Task Force and Eurojust and the Joint Investigation Team after boats were linked to numerous fatal events.
