By PAUL LUNSFORD Harlan Enterprise Danny Lee Irvin has been charged with second-degree escape and second-degree persistent felony offender. Irvin, 62, of Harlan, was arrested by Officer Lewis with the Probation and Parole Department. He was lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center, with a bond set at $10,000 full cash.
