The robber had subtracted 500,000 euros of goods from two luxury jewellery shops in Strasbourg and Montpellier. Kignieman Kone was sentenced to 12 years' imprisonment on Friday 4 July in the criminal court of Bas-Rhin. A young woman whom he designated as the instigator of his crimes was acquitted. A receiver was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.
