A Middlesex County man was arrested this week after he was accused of intentionally setting a house fire that sent five residents, including an infant, to the hospital for treatment, authorities said.Gerardo Rosario-Vasquez, 46, of Perth Amboy, was charged with first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated arson, and first-degree home invasion, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday.
